Hi there! I’m Sarah and today I’m sharing some delicious, healthy, naturally gluten-free and vegan recipes, specifically for Ramadan (SAMOSAS, anyone!?) These foods can be enjoyed anytime, but are especially great for Ramadan because they’re flavorful and nutrient-dense. Who wants to eat something bland after not eating all day? Not me! I love eating raw fruits and vegetables, but during Ramadan I find it difficult to eat these foods. Every morning we’re saying “what should we eat?”. I think there’s a good chance you can relate.
