1 1/2 Cups of oats flour
1/2 Cup pf all purpose flour
3 Ripe bananas
4 Eggs
1 Cup of walnut( use any nuts of your choice )
1/4 Cup of cranberries ( you can use dried pineapple or raisins )
1/4. Cup of semi sweet chocolate
1. Tsp of baking soda
1/4. Cup of vegetable oil
1/3 Cup of milk
1 Cup of Coconut sugar( you can use any sugar)
1 Cup grated carrots
