Ingredients
Beetroot – 1 pc (medium size)
Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Cardamom – 2 pcs
Honey – 1 tbsp
Water – 60 ml
Making time – 5 mins.
Serves – 1
Method
– Peel the skin of medium sized beetroot (1 pc) and chop into pieces
– Add, chopped beetroot, grated coconut (2 tbsp), cardamom (2 pcs), honey (1 tbsp), water (60 ml) to a mixer jar and blend well
– Strain the juice (this step is optional)
– Serve healthy and tasty beetroot juice
