Ingredients :-
FOR RAJMA TIKKI :-
Rajma -1 cup (Boiled)
Soaked poha- 1/2 cup
onion -1/2 cup
Red chilli powder
coriander Powder
Jeera Powder.
Salt
Green Chillies – 2
Ginger garlic paste.
Fresh coriander chopped
lemon Juice.
FOR HUNG CURD DIP :
Hung curd -1/2 cup
Salt
Black Pepper powder.
Fresh mint leaves (chopped)
oil /2 EsP
Lemon Juice
Lettuce leaves
Sliced Tomatoes
sliced onion
METHOD :-
FOR PATTY:
Take a medium sized bowl. Add boiled rajma, soaked poha, chopped onion, all the spices, chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix everything well. Now apply oil on your palm and shape into tikkis.
Take a non-stick pan. Apply a teaspoon of oil on it. Brush it well on the pan. Now roast tikkis for 5-6 mins or till turns brown.
FOR HUNG CURD DIP:
In a bowl mix hung curd, salt, pepper, lemon juice, oil, mint leaves well and keep it aside.
Now take 2 lettuce leaves. Apply hung dip on it. Then put a tikki, onion and tomato slices. Again apply some hung curd and put 2 lettuce leaves on top.
Your Bun less Mean Bean Burger is ready.
