ingredients:

white rice- 2 cup
Boil potato- 1 big size
green chili- 1 chopped
onion – 1 chopped
tomato- 1 chopped
carrot – 1 chopped
capsicum – 1 chopped
ginger- 1 inch
coriander leave – chopped

1 tsp geera/cumin seeds
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black peppers
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 baking powder

water – 300 ml.
oil/ghee – 4 to 5 tbsp
