WHAT LUNCHES TO EAT WHILE TRAINING | HEALTHY LUNCH OPTIONS WHILE TRAINING | PREPARING LUNCH

Lunches are the meal that is suppose to get you from lunch time to dinner. basically the middle of the day. so it is important that it has some energy in there. because lets face it that part of the day when your felling tired and stressed. you will need the extra energy. remember that you should be already getting enough sugar from your snacks. so you shouldn’t really need the extra added sugar to your lunches. try to keep it energy based. so that it will help you get through the rest of your day. or at least until dinner time.
I would also strongly advise to meal prep your lunches if you can. so your not forced to go and buy a lunch that maybe filled with all the wrong ingredients for you and your fitness goals.
Everyone is different and some people may not believe in these techniques. However whatever training you are doing please just remember to stay strong stay healthy. And give your body back all the minerals and vitamins it needs to keep you at your best.
