Recipes:
Raita with Mint
1) Take mint leaves and Green Chilli
2) Yogurt – Tw tablespoons
3) Roast cumin – half teaspoon
4) Black salt – Half teaspoon
5) Salt – half teaspoon
6) Garlic – 3 small pieces
7) Ginger two small pieces
8) Grind it very well
9) Take two spoons of yogurt
10) Add green past we made – 1.5 tablespoon
11) Add milk – 4 tablespoons
12) Mix everything very well
13) Add olive oil – little
14) Add green coriander
15) Ready to eat
Raita with Veggies
16) Take one tablespoon of oil
17) Add Garlic paste – Half teaspoon
18) Cook one minute and add green chilli
19) Add one tomato sliced
20) Cook until tomatoes become soft
21) Add boil potatoes – One full size
22) Cooke few minutes
23) Take one cup of yogurt
24) Add water and mix well. It should be very smooth. Add water where needed
25) Add veggies and mix well
26) Add green coriander
27) Ready to eat.
