Hi guys, this week I’m sharing a healthy, low fat creamy pasta sauce recipe and two ways to serve this up: in a healthy Carbonara spaghetti style and a healthy Mac and Cheese.
Perfect for when you’re craving a cheesy comfort meal, this is quick and easy to prepare and took less than 30 minutes to prepare the sauce.
This sauce is nutrient dense – high in Vitamin C, K, B6, folate and choline. And also high in fiber which is always a great diet addition for weight loss / weight maintenance.
