Veggie cake:Ingredients
1 cup of chopped cabbage
1/2 cup of grated carrot
1/2 cup of red bell pepper/capsicum
1/4 th cup of grated cucumber
1 cup of spinach leaves
1/2 cup of roughly chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
2 tbs of black or white pepper
1 tbs of paprika/or your choice of spices
3 eggs
Method:
Take a large pan
Add 2-3 cups of water
Into the pan place a small bowl upside down,Cover the lid of the pan
Take a baking dish or any stainless steel box, grease it with oil
put the vegetables into the dish and put it to steam(as shown in the video)
Let it cook for 20 mins in medium flame
After 20 mins turn off the flame and let it rest for another 10 mins
And its done, cut it into pieces and enjoy it with your choice of sauce.#veggiecake

Oats omlette:Method
Dry roast 1 cup of oats in a pan, leave it aside
dry roast 1 tbs of cumin seeds(jeera) and I teaspoon of carom seeds(ajwain)
grind it to fine powder
Add 2 eggs into it
also add 1/4 th of roughly chopped onions,2 green chillies,2 tbs of grated carrot,1/2 tomato(roughly chopped),1 tbs of grated ginger, handfull of roughly chopped coriander leaves,salt to taste
Add 1/2 cup of water, mix well
Now,take a pan add 1 tbs of oil and pour the batter into the pan
Spread the batter with the help of a spoon
Fry both the sides for around 2-3 mins
and serve the #oatsomlette hot with the choice of your dip(preferably raita)
