100g Greek yogurt
50ml maple syrup
60g flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
2 eggs

Cookies
100g oat flour
50ml maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder & pinch salt
50g chocolate chips
1 egg + egg yolk

Donuts
100g oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
1 egg + 1 egg white
20g low cal butter

Chickpea Blondies
200g chickpeas
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
50g chocolate chips
30g peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder
