Recipe for today is
“Fish Puttu”

Ingredients:
☆Vanjaram(Seer)Fish
☆Onions-3
☆Fennel Seeds- 1tbsp
☆Garlic- 2tbsp
☆Green Chilly-2
☆Coriander leaves
☆Curry Leaves
☆Ginger- 1tbsp
☆Pepper- 1tbsp

Procedure:
☆Boil the fish by adding salt and turmeric powder(medium flame)
☆Peel off the skin and bone from the fish
☆Heat the oil.Add fennel seeds,garlic,Ginger,Green chilly and onions.Stir well until it gets golen brown
☆Add turmeric powder,chilly powder and salt and saute well
☆Add fish flesh and saute
☆Add pepper powder and then garnish it with Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
