NEW NOTE: A couple of you have pointed out to me that Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce is not vegetarian. Thank you for thank, I’m sorry if I misled anyone.
I hope you are well, thanks for joining me for this recipe video for black bean burgers with wedges and salad.
I’ve listed the ingredients below and if you do try it, please be sure to let me know how you get on.
Ingredients
2 cans black eye beans
1 egg
1 slice gf bread blitzed in the food processor to make crumbs
2 cloves of garlic
1 chilli finely chopped
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 pepper finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (make sure to use a vegetarian version if you want a vegetarian meal)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
For the wedges
Potatoes
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp cajun seasoning
salt and pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
