Since childhood we used to eat Poha and I love to get it packed for my school tiffin atleast once a week. #PohaLoverSinceChildhood😋

After exploring the famous versions “Kande Pohe” and “Indori Poha”, I have found that both of them have their own uniqueness in terms of taste, texture and the way they are served.

Kande Pohe is originated from Maharashtra so it is bit spicy and crunchy because of onions and chillies while Indori Poha has it’s own mild sweet and tangy flavours and as it is cooked slowly in steam so Poha turns out to be fluffy and melt in mouth.

I have picked the spices and flavours from both the versions and it turned out into my Recipe of KHATTE MEETHE KANDE POHE
It is very quick (takes hardly 10 minutes to cook), superhealthy (as I have used only 1 tablespoon of ghee to cook) and yummy recipe.
