Ingredients/सामग्री
2.5 tsp Oil/तेल
100 gms Peanuts/मूम्फ़ली
25 gms Bhuna Chana/भुना चना
25 gms Foxnuts/मखाना
1/2 tsp Black Salt/काला नमक
1 tsp Turmeric/हल्दी
100 gms Puffed rice/मुरमुरे
1/4 tsp Hing/हींग
1/2 tsp Chat Masala/चाट मसाला
1/4 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder/लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 Bowl Curry Leaves/कड़ी पत्ता
In a kadhai add oil and roast peanuts, bhuna chana and makhana and take them out n a plate.
Next, add oil in a kadhai, add hing, turmeric, kadhi patta and then add murmura and roast it. Next add roasted peanuts, chana and makhana to the murmura.Add black salt, chaat masala and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix them all together and your yummy and healthy murmura makhana namkeen is ready !!
