Delicious healthy drink | Weight loss recipe in Tamil | No added sugar

Ingredients :
Dried black grapes – 2tbsp
Dried green grass – 2tbsp
Chopped dates – 4
Pinch of salt
Steps :
1. Add the dried grapes in a glass of water and for overnight.
2. Add the mixture in the blender and add chopped dates and pinch of salt for flavoring.
3. Blend all.
4. Strain and serve with ice cubes.
