This moong dal dosa is quick, healthy and east breakfast recipe

let’s checkout the ingredients and procedure for the same.

Ingredients

Moong Dal – 1 cup

Jeera – 1/4 tsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Onions – 1 chopped

Corriander – 1 tbsp chopped

Green chillies – 2 chopped 

Ghee or oil for making dosas

Method/ Procedure

Soak the Moong Dal over night

Put the dal into the mixer grinder and add jeera and Salt to it

Add some water and grind to the smooth paste

Pour the batter into a container

Heat the tawa

take one spoon of the batter and spread as dosa

Add chopped onion, corriander and chillies

Once it turns brown flip the dosa and serve on the plate

The hot and healthy dosas are ready to serve

You can serve these dosas with any of your favorite chutney.

For kids, you can make plain dosa and serve. 

This dosa is very nutritious for both kids and adults.
