healthy breakfast smoothie recipe by vandana’s quick recipes

Ingredients-

apple – 1(chopped)
banana – 1(cut into pieces)
cardamom – 3-4(crushed)
almonds – 6-7 pieces
cashews – 6-7 pieces
Muskmelon – 1 tablespoon
raisins – 10-15 pieces
Kesar – 10-12 pieces
sugar – 1 tablespoons( add more according to your taste)
milk – 150 ml
ice cubes – 5-6 pieces
dry fruits – (cashews,almonds pistachio and few cherries cut for decoration)

Recipe-
1.Put all the ingredients-apple, banana, cardamom, almond, raisins,cashew, muskmelon seeds, sugar, ice cubes,kesar into a mixer grinder and grind it into a thick paste.
2.Now add the milk to the paste and again grind it for about a minute.
3.Pour the shake into a glass.
4.Decorate it with cut dry fruits.
5.Serve it cold.
