In our Healthy Recipe series we cooked Chicken with Brussels Sprouts with Bell Peppers and Onions. It is a Macro counted meal which is perfect for Weight Loss or Muscle Gain depending on your goal. It is very low in calorie and full of flavour!

Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt and Walnuts
Salmon Fish for Weight Loss & Muscle Gain
Chicken with Spinach, Bell Pepper and Quinoa
Lemon Chicken with Sweet Potatoes
Boneless Chicken with Broccoli, Carrots & Kale
INGREDIENTS:
– 1.5 lb Boneless Chicken
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 1 tp Salt
– 1 tp Pepper
– 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 1/2 Hot Sauce
– Brussels Sprouts
– 1 Raw Onion
– Bell Peppers
– Oregano (Dry)
METHOD:
First step is to marinate the Boneless Chicken in Olive Oil , Salt, Pepper, Turmeric Powder and Hot Sauce. Refrigerate the Chicken in the fridge for 30 mins to 1 hour.
Assemble the Chicken and Veggies in a tray and add Dry Oregano in the Chicken. Pre heat the oven to 360F/180C and bake it for 20 mins. Broil for 2-3 mins.
