Paneer Mushroom and Chicken Mushroom Sandwiches are super healthy, quick and easy to carry and digest. Sandwiches can be available in several form, vegan or non-veg. However, this tastes absolute delicious and with excellent protein fibre. Absolute for breakfast or supper, all time kids favourite and not to forget adults. So do try this scrumptious recipe.

Paneer Mushroom Veggie Sandwich:

Ingredients:

1. Butter
2. Sliced Mushrooms
3. Grated Carrots
4. Broccoli
5. Spinach
6. Sweet corn boiled
7. Paneer (cottage cheese)
8. Red Chili flakes
9. Pasta spice mix
10. Grated Cheese
11. Lettuce
12. Tomato slices
13. Brown Bread Slices
14. Salt
15. Dry fruits and watermelon slices for garnish.

Process:

• Spread Butter on pan
• Sautee for a minute
• Transfer in a bowl
• Add fresh paneer (cottage cheese)
• Mix well and keep it aside.
• Spread butter on both sides of slices.
• Add Lettuce
• Spread paneer mushroom veggie mix
• Add tomato slices
• Top it with another slice and press the sandwich.
• Toast the sandwich evenly on both sides.
• Cut into triangular shape.
• Serve with watermelon slices and few dry fruits.

Chicken Mushroom Sandwich:

Ingredients:

1. Butter
2. Sliced Mushrooms
3. Grated Carrots
4. Broccoli
5. Spinach
6. Sweet corn boiled
7. Chicken (cooked and sliced)
8. Red Chili flakes
9. Pasta spice mix
10. Lettuce
11. Tomato slices
12. Brown Bread Slices
13. Cheese slice

Process:

• Spread butter on pan,
• Sautee sliced mushrooms, grated carrots and spinach.
• Add cooked sliced chicken, broccoli, sweet corn, red chilli flakes and spice mix powder.
• Mix well and keep lid for a couple of minutes.
• Transfer it in a bowl.
• Add cheese slice and microwave for 15 seconds and stir well.
• Butter the brown bread slices.
• Add lettuce
• Spread the chicken mushroom cheese spread
• Add tomato slices
• Top it with another slice and press the sandwich.
• Toast the sandwich evenly on both sides.
• Cut into triangular or rectangular shape.
• Garnish with boiled sweet corn and grated carrots.
• Serve.
