Ingredients/सामग्री

100gm Sprouts/स्प्राउट्स
½ tsp Salt/नमक
½ capsicum/शिमला मिर्च
½ carrot/गाजर
1 onion/प्याज
1 Tomato/टमाटर
1 cucumber/ककड़ी
2 tsp olive oil/जैतून का तेल
½ tsp lemon juice/नींबू का रस
1 tsp sesame seeds/तिल
¼ tsp salt/नमक
Black pepper/काली मिर्च
Mixed herbs/मिश्रित जड़ी – बूटी/
1 tsp mustard seeds/सरसों के बीज
1 tsp cumin seeds/जीरा
½ katori paneer/पनीर
¼ tsp salt/नमक
½ tsp chaat masala/चाट मसाला
¼ tsp turmeric powder/हल्दी पाउडर
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder/ चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Add lettuce leaf/सलाद पत्ता जोड़ें

Method
Take 100 gm sprouts moong dal, add water , ½ tsp salt and cook till one wistle. Now take ½ capsicum, ½ carrot, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and chop them . Now drain the water from the cooked moong sprouts. Now to make dressing take 2 tsp olive oil, ½ tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sesame seeds, ¼ tsp salt, add black pepper and mixed herbs, now mix it well. Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, chopped onions and sauté for 1 minute, now add copped carrot , chopped capsicum and sauté on high flame to get chruncy vegetables. Then lower the flame and add boiled moong sprouts to the pan , ½ katori chopped paneer, ¼ tsp salt, 1/ tsp chaat masala, ¼ turmeric powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder and sauté for few mintutes. Now bring salad to room temperature then add chopped cucumber, chopped tomato and add half dressing, mix it well. Now take a bowl, add lettuce and drizzle rest of the dressing and add add prepared sprout salad and few sesame seeds and our healthy and protien salad is ready.
