ingredients
1/2cup oats
1cup badham
1/2cup cashew
3 table spoon white Sesame seeds
3 table spoon ground nuts
8 to 9 dates without seeds
1/2cup honey
1st fry badham and groundnut
let’s cool and grind
then fry one by one just 5 mins is Enough
then grind dates with 2tablespoon of hone
mix everything
then take one tray cover with aluminum foil and apply some ghee and transfer that mixture into tray and press completely without any gap and add dry graphs and agin press it and refrigerat mixture for max 1 hour utill it get set and take outside and check if it’s set or not and make pieces. that’s all
