Healthy Banana Bread Recipe on a Budget. This a Super Simple Frugal Meal, yes it’s a meal, anything you put it your body is considered a meal to the body at least. No wasting food here, this bread uses the brownest I mean blackest bananas you have ever seen. This bread has NO NUTS , I added Oatmeal, and Ground Flaxseed , this makes the perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert. Talk about having a Meal on a budget. It costs about 3 dollars to make 2 loafs of bread.

Busymoneybee Banana Bread Recipe

Preheat Oven 350 degrees F

Ingredients Needed
1/2cup (1 stick) Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2-3 Bananas Mashed
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Oats
1 Ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Cream butter and Sugar, then vanilla, egg, and mix.
3. Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
4. Add Milk and mix well
5. Add Bananas and Mix well.
6. Pour into well greased loaf pans, split between 2 pans.
7. Bake for 45- 60 mins, until toothpick test comes out clear.
8. Sprinkle sugar on top, then let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
