Today I’m sharing the recipe of a New version of making Quick Instant Breakfast with Hash Brodn Omelette. Its a low fat healthy breakfast option. Ideal for kids and adults since all will love its soothing flavour.

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
1 potato grated
1 carrot grated
1 tablespoon chopped olives or chives
1 tablespoon low fat cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp blackpepper
1 tablespoon oil
Parsley for garnish

For making this amazing recipe just heat the eggs, add seasoning , squeeze out extra water from.the grated carrots and potato and add. Then simply cook both sides in a frying pan on low flame for 2 minutes each side.
