Spinach Peanut chutney is a healthy twist to traditional peanut chutney. With about 4 cups of Baby spinach, its healthy and boost your iron levels and health.

Peanuts are packed with healthy oils and protein. In this chutney we added 2 handfuls of organic baby spinach to make it more nutritious. This has green color because of the spinach and very appealing for kids and healthy for all.

This amazing green chutney is traditionally made as a side for many breakfasts & snacks. It would make a great side for many breakfasts. It is also a tasty side for vegetable salad with Celery, Carrots & cucumber. This can be prepared in less than 30 minutes and store in fridge for up to a week.

Tamarind (Imli) Pulp – Size if small lime
Green Chilli – 2
Garlic – 2 Cloes
Salt – 1 1/2 Tsp

Oil – 1 Tbsp
ChanaDal – 1/ Tsp
BlackGram(Urad) – 1/ Tsp
Mustard Seeds- 1/ Tsp
Cumin Seeds(Jira) – 1/ Tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 2
