Hello everyone, welcome to my channel “Fit Bites”. This channel is for everyone who wants to lose weight, but are tired of trying fade or boring diets and still not losing weight, even if losing once done with the diet they are gaining all the lost weight at double frequency. This channel is for all those, who don’t have the time or very time to indulge in any weight loss programs or sessions, like corporate people, school and college students, even homemakers (who don’t have time for themselves, as they are busy taking care of their family and kids). You all can prepare “healthy” and “tasty” meals for themselves in very less time, now you all don’t have to get bored or lose hope of losing that stubborn fat by having only salads or just boiled meals, etc.
You all can now stay with me and follow me to achieve your weight loss targets, with all “tasty” and “healthy” recipes. We will lose together in this journey, as we all know “Weight loss is the only competition, where you win if you lose.”
Today’s recipe is “Smoothies for weight loss”.
Ingredients:
1. Frozen Watermelon– 100 -200 grams
2. Frozen Black/Green Black – 30 – 40
3. Frozen Kiwis – 2
4. Banana – 2
5. Chilled Green Tea – 1 glass
6. Pumpkin, Chia, Flax seeds
7. Water/Skimmed Milk/Almond Milk/Greek Yogurt
Preparation:
1. To make watermelon smoothie, remove all seeds of watermelon.
2. Put the watermelon into smoothie blender along with half banana.
3. Add half glass water into it, if you want you can add skimmed milk or Greek yogurt.
4. Let’s blend it and it’s done.
5. Pour it into smoothie jar and top it with the seeds
6. Repeat the same process for grape smoothie and kiwi smoothie.
