INGREDIENTS

1 cup steel cuts oats or large flakes oats
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp channa dal
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
8 to 10 curry leaves
1/2 cup rava ( semolina )
1 cup low fat greek yogurt or regular plain yogurt
Salt as per your taste
1/2 coriander leaves
1 cup water
Optional – 1/2 tsp eno or 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instant Pot Method
Add 2 cups of water, valve on venting position & steam for 15 mins.

Idli Cooker Method
Add 1 cup water, close the vent & steam for 10 to 12 mins.
