In this video, I have explained super easy, super fast and super healthy milkshake recipe which you can prepare with only 4 ingredients.

Ingredients :
1) 2 Apples
2) 250ml Milk
3) Cinnamon
4) Deseeded dates 5-6

Here we have used Dates as sugar replacement plus Cinnamon which is a great anti-oxidant and of course Apples this recipe is a true gem.
