For Tadka:

Small Broccoli – 1
Water – 2 and a half cups
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Chopped spinach – 250 gms
Ingredients for White Sauce:
Butter – 1 tbsp
Oats powder – 3 tbsp
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
Salt as required
Corn flour – 1/2 tsp
Pumpkin Soup:
White pumpkin – 250 gms
Onion – 1
Carrot – 1
Cabbage – 1 cup
Potatoes – 1/2 cup
Water – 5 cups
For tadka:
Butter – 1 tbsp
Onions – 1/2 cup
Amaranth / Spinach leaves – 1/2 cup
