Chicken Sandwich is a healthy recipe which you can have as Breakfast, Evening Snack or also can pack it in your Lunch Box. Chicken Stuffed Sandwich is also a great Travel Snack and also a great food for Kids. This is a very easy recipe for all the beginners and also an apt recipe during the Lockdown period. The ingredients used in the Recipe during the Lockdown days, are easily available at home or in Local Shops.
Preparation time : 5-6 minutes
Cooking Time : 4-5 minutes
Ingredients :
Sandwich Bread – 4 slice
Boiled Chicken with a little salt – 100 grams
1 Onion Finely Chopped
1 Carrot finely grated
4 – 5 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
Crushed Black pepper powder according to taste
Butter – 2 TBL Spn

Step -1
In a mixing bowl, add the boiled Chicken. Shred and mash the Chicken pieces with the help of a fork
Step -2
Add the ingredients one by one to the smashed Chicken – Onion , Carrot, Mayonnaise and Black Pepper. Mix it very well. If required a little salt can be added
Step -3
Cut the edges of the bread, spread the mixture on one slice and cover it with the other.
Step -4
Grill it in a sandwich Griller or on a non-stick pan applying butter on both side generously
Serve it with any sauce of your choice.
To make it healthier, Whole wheat bread or multigrain bread can be used.
