Urad Dal | Healthy and quick urad dal recipe | No Oil Recipe
Indians have half a dozen or so lentils in their pantry, Each one has different texture and taste. Dal is one of the most comforting food and super healthy too. We cook various types of dal as a part of evreyday meal but here is the recipe of my favorite Urad Dal(split & skinned black gram). Urad dal also has a high protein content and is also rich in some essential vitamins, minerals and fibre. I love the Rich and creamy texture of the dal.
This is my mothers recipe that doesn’t require any oil and prepared easily with few ingredients and tastes amazing. I love to slow cook dal in saucepan rather than presser cook like my mom does.
