Pizza Chilla/ Pan Cake Recipe
Ingredients
Semolina/ Sooji – 1cup
Yogurt- 1/2 Cup
Water- as required (to adjust consistency)
Onions – 1 tbsp
Capsicum – 1tbsp
Tomato – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Chilly Flakes – 1/2 tsp ( can be adjusted)
Pizza Seasoning – 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Method
*Mix sooji and water.
*Soak for at least 10 mins.
*Add more water and the consistency.
*Add all the vegetables and seasonings.
*Combine everything well.
*On a hot tawa, spread the batter and cook uniformly on both the sides.
*You may/may not use ghee if cooking on a non stick tawa.
*Serve with ketchup, chilly flakes and oregano.
*Relish!!
