Ingredients:
Sliced pumpkin– 500 grms
Sliced carrots – 50 grms
Butter / Olive oil /
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 4 pods
Ginger – ½ inch
Big onion – 1
Green chilli -2
Black pepper powder– ¼ tsp
Water – 3 cups
Salt as per taste
Garnishing: cream, coriander
