Ingredients:
Grilled Chicken:
Chicken Breast (Boneless) – 250 gms
Olive Oil – 10 gms
Garlic (Minced) – 6 cloves
Italian Seasoning (Oregano, Rosemerry, Chilli Flakes) – 1/2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Mushroom Sauce:
Mushroom (Sliced) – 200 gms
Onion (finely chopped) – 1 pc
Garlic (finely chopped) – 7 – 8 cloves
Olive Oil – 2 tablespoon
Wheat Flour (Atta) – 2 tablespoons
Low fat milk – 500 ml
Italian seasoning (Oregano, Rosemerry, Chilli Flakes) – 1 tablespoons
Nutmeg Powder (Jaiphal) – A pinch (optional)
Chilli Garlic Sauce – 2 tablespoons (optional)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
