Ukda Rice- 2 cup
Urad Dal- 1 cup
Oats- 1 Cup
1 onion- Chopped
3 green Chillies
Chopped Coriander
Rai- 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil- 1 tbsp

For Chutney:
Dalia- 1 Cup
1 whole coconut- skin removed
3 Green Chillies
Ginger- 2 Inch
1 Garlic Clove
Chopped Coriander-handful
coconut oil- 2 tsp
Rai- 1 tsp
Chopped garlic-3-4
