Ingredients :
Moong dal 1 cup
Green moong 1 cup
rice 1 cup
green chillies 2
ginger 1″
salt
Method :
Mix all the above three and wash it nicely and soak it in water for 4 to 6 hours. After that grind together into a fine paste with 2 green chillies and a piece of ginger together with salt. The batter will be like normal dosa batter. Heat the dosa tava pour a 1/4 tsp of oil and wipe with a tissue and spread the dosa batter with a laddle. Add a tsp of oil on the dosa and then when the brown colour starts cmg on the dosa give it a flip. Let it get cooked from the other side also and remove from fire. We have crispy dosas and healthy dosas.
For chutney : Grind together 2 medium sized onion with a tsp of chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of salt and add oil on top of the chutney. Out yummy chutney is ready.
