Happy to share a very healthy recipe with Pearl & Foxtail Millet. South indian traditiona millet recipe and this batter can replace your rice dosa batter.
Please find the ingredients below and watch video to prepare this healthy recipe.

Ingredients:

Batter :
Pearl millet(Bajra)- 2 cups
Foxtail millet (kangni) – 2 cups
Urad dal – 1 cup
Fenugreek – tbsp
Salt – 3/4 tbsp or as needed

Paniyaram:
Batter – as needed
Onion – 1 no.(chopped)
Carrot – 1 no.(Grated)
Green chilli – 2 no.(chopped)
Coriander leaves as needed
Curry leaves as needed
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Cumin pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil as needed

Uthappam:
Batter as needed
Oil as needed
Chopped onion
Grated carrot
Coriander leaves
