Hello friends, today I am sharing with you the breakfast/Dinner recipe for weight loss, it is an instant dosa recipe made from oats and lots of vegetables.
As we all know oats are loaded with fiber such as beta-glucan which helps to control blood sugar levels, control cholesterol, and helps in weight loss also. In this instant dosa recipe, I added lots of vegetables like onion, carrot, raw papaya. They are loaded with fiber, which helps in weight loss.
In single Oats dosa will get only 112 calories, we can easily have 3 instant oats dosa with little chutney during breakfast or dinner time. Very healthy and filling these instant dosa recipes on the other side it’s a quick and easy recipe to prepare. Even you can give these oats dosa to kids also. They will also love it.

• Carrot-30g
• Onion-30g
• Green chili-as per taste
• Raw papaya-250g
• Salt-as per taste
• Turmeric-1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder-1 tsp
• Cumin seeds-3 g
• Ajwain-3g
• Coriander leaves-10g
• Garlic paste-1 tsp
• Oil-10ml
