1 kilogram of green papaya
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium carrot
4 long bean pods
2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
2 large handfuls of soybean sprouts
2 tablespoons dried small shrimp (optional)
red pepper pods or dried – to taste

For salad dressing:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (optional)
