A crispy and tasty healthy breakfast, raagi dosa & idli served with sambar and chutney’s.

A dosa or dose is a thin pancake or crepe and idli or idly are a type of savoury rice cake, originating from south india. The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body, batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice but this alternative healthy recipe we are presenting is made of raagi (finger millet) .

Ingredients
for raagi dosa & idli
whole urad daal (skinned black gram) – ½ cup
raagi/nachni flour (finger millet) – 1½ cup
methidana (fenugreek seeds) – 1 tbsp

For dosa stuffing
green coriender chutney
grated paneer

General – salt, oil, water

#Batter should be of pouring consistency for crispy dosa

#Preheat tava/griddle on high flame but cook on medium flame

#Best served with sambar and chutney’s of your taste
