The ingredients can be changed too …

Ingredients
1 cup boiled chick peas
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped cucumber
1 apple
1 small capsicum
Lettuce shredded
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder
Few cherry tomatoes
Chopped coriander leaves few bunches

Method
Cut all the veggies into chunks .add into a mixing bowl ..
mix all the veggies …
prepare a simple salad dressing . With vinegar , salt and pepper ..
drizzle it over the salad and toss everything…
your salad is now ready …
serve it with your meal .
Enjoy it fresh .. you can also store it in a airtight container and refrigerate it …
