Chilli Paneer Recipe/ Diet low calorie recipe/ Low calorie Chilli Paneer

Chilli Paneer, though appears under the chineese cuisine page of most resturants in India originally has no connection with Chineese cuisine. It is more of a Indian cuisine that is prepared in a process that seems close to chineese cooking style.
Resturant style chilli paneer or in general chilli paneer demands quiet a good amount of oil to deep fry or shallow fry the paneer with a coat of corn flour and to saute the vegetables on high flame. To achive the low calorie target we have used only 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (very effective in lowering cholestrol and trigliserides) and ased a combination of sauting and grilling all vegetables on medium flame. The outcome is very tastefull and can challenge any other veg appetizers with a five star for 360 to 500 calories less than usual recipe of chilli paneer. 360 calories need at least 40 to 45 mins jogging to burn out.
