BEST WEIGHT LOSS SALAD RECIPE!
INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli (as required),
Carrot (as required),
Chopped garlic (2tbsp),
Boneless chicken (as required) small cubes,
Salt (to taste),
Black pepper (1tsp),
Oregano (1tsp),
Soya sauce (2tbsp),
Black olives (as required),
Olive oil (2tbsp)
DIRECTIONS:
Cut all the vegetables.
Add olive oil in a wok, & fry the chicken.
When chicken turns golden, add chopped garlic.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Then add carrots, & cook for 5 minutes.
Now add broccoli, & saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add all seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano, soya sauce, lemon juice) & saute them for 2 minutes.
Dish out & add olives.
Sprinkle some oregano.
Ready to serve!
