Ingredients

Chickpea – 100 ml (Soaked)
Water – 2 glass
Cooking soda – 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tomato chopped – 1 cup
Grated Onion – 2 nos
Salt to taste
Few chopped Coriander leaves
Green chili – 3 to 4 nos

Preparation:
Soaked the chickpeas for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Wash thoroughly and drain the water.

Method:
1. Take a pressure cooker.
2. Add chickpea, water ( water should cover the chickpea ), cooking soda, salt.
3. Pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles.

For Salad Dressing

1. Add chickpea(Boiled) ,Grated Onion, Tomato chopped,Green chili chopped and Few chopped Coriander leaves.
2. You can add capsicum, cucumber and other veggie as you like !
