Today’s Low Fat & Low Calorie Dinner Menu:
Stir Fried Brown Rice
Sweet Potatoes cooked in Pear Juice
Spring Salad

Thank those of you who honored me with wanting to know what i eat.
If these meals have shed some light for you please let me know.

They are highly nutritious and energizing! I like the Sweet Potatoes in the pear juice. I sprinkled some cinnamon on them which is an anti-oxidant spice/herb, aids in the prevention of free-radicals.
