TODAY’S SPONTANEOUS LOW FAT & LOW CALORIE MENU:
Almond Butter Shake
Oatmeal
Kale Greens
Beets
This menu is Low in calories and fat. How can that be you say Almonds are fattening! Almonds are a very nutrient dense food that contains great plant fats. 1/4 cup is what’s recommended. If you’re allergic to nuts it’s still great information.
I used Rice water/milk for the shake. Oatmeal is also nutrient dense and a little is very filling. Beets and kale, high in iron.
