◽Oyster Mushroom & Chicken Salad

Healthy & tasty weightloss Recipe

↪ Ingredients :

1. Chicken Marination :

Boneless Chicken : 4 pc.

Salt : 1 tsp

Black pepper powder : 1tsp

Lemon juice : 1tsp

Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp / 1TBsp

& keep the marination aside for minimum 3 hours. 

2. Blanch & boil :

Oyster Mushrooms : 4 pc ( 5 mins )

Pak choi / Bok choy : 1 ( 5 means )

Marinated chicken ( 25 mins )

3. Making Salad : 

Blanched Bok choy

Onion : ½ , medium sized

Carrot : 1 whole , medium sized

Zucchini

Cucumber : ½ , medium sized

Baby tomatoes : 4 pc.

Boiled oyster mushrooms ( shredded )

Boiled chicken ( shredded )

Orange juice : 3 TBsp

Lemon juice : 1TBsp

Black pepper powder

Salt
