1) 1 cup Instant Oats
2) 4 cup Water
3) 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
4) 1/4 Cup Peas ( Boiled )
5) 1/4 cup Carrots
6) 1/4 Cup Beans
7) 1/4 Cup Mushroom
8) 1/4 Cup Broccoli
9) 1/4 Cup Onions
10) 1/4 Cup CApsicum
Note- All Vegetables Must Be Finely Chopped.
11) 1/2 Tsp Jeera
12) 1/2 tsp Turmeric
13) 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
14) 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
15) 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
16) 1 tsp Chaat Masala
17) 1.5 tsp Salt ( As Per Taste )
18) 1 tbsp Oil
19) 1 Slit Big Green Chilli
20) 1 tsp Grated Ginger
21) 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
22) 1/2 Lemon
23) Finely Chopped Beetroot ( For Topping )
