Caesar salad with tuna is a light and fresh classic of comfort food.
Rinse, dry and cut the Romaine Lettuce into small pieces. Add Caesar sauce and stir gently. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, boiled quail eggs and Croutons. Top with pickled tuna. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

For the Croutons:
4 slices of toast bread
Bake to desired crispness

Caesar Salad sauce:
2 Egg Yolks
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Lemon – fresh juice
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
5 Anchovy fillets
Whisk

Tuna Marinade:
1/2 Lemon – fresh juice
1 tsp Soy Sauce
Extra virgin olive oil
200 gr Raw Tuna
Salt and Pepper to taste
Withstand 5 minutes

For the Caesar Salad:
1 Large romaine lettuce
10 Cherry Tomatos
10 Boiled Quail Eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese
