For all the Coconut lovers out there, this healthy creamy coconut cake is something that you have to try.

INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
3tbsp Oat Flour
4tbsp Ground Coconut
1tbsp Baking Powder
1tbsp raw Honey / or some other sweetner that you like
40ml Coconut milk

Milk:
150/200ml Coconut milk
1tbsp raw Honey / Optional

INSTRUCTIONS:
preheat your oven at 180C / 356F
In a bowl mix all of the cake ingredients together and bake for 25/30min
Let it cool down / not completly but low warm
While you are waiting for your cake base to cool down , on medium heat add the coconut milk and make it warm, you will nedd about 3/4 min
Remove the cake from the Baking form that you are using, add the milk and than place your cake back in the baking form, let it cool down completly , than place it in the fridge overnight
— Decorate and enjoy !!!!
