Bacon grilled to a crisp. I added avocado and broccoli to the bacon and dressed it with mayonnaise and olive oil. Very tasty! Mayonnaise is the best. It’s a very low-carb and healthy salad.

Ingredients for 1 serving
1. 1/2 avocado
2. 1.6 oz (45g) bacon
3. 2 oz (55g) broccoli
4. 1 oz (30g) lettuce (2 leaves)

Dressing
1. 1tbsp mayonnaise
2. 2 tsp olive oil
3. a little salt & pepper
